A Change of Heart on Farheen Hakeem

In a previous post, I referred to a frequent Minneapolis Issues Forum poster, Guy Gambill, as part of Farheen Hakeem's "boy street team." Either I was completely off base or Gambill and Hakeem have had a falling out of epic proportions.

In a lengthy post under a thread called "Withdrawal of Support," Gambill elucidates in very specific terms Hakeem's propensity for big talk, no action, and race baiting. Or as Gambill says, "Farheen talks the talk yet fails time and again to walk the walk."

On election night 2005, I heard Hakeem on KFAI taking credit for mayor R.T. Rybak's landslide victory over Peter McLaughlin saying something to the effect that he won so big because she "gave" her voters to R.T.

It was an absurdly arrogant statement delivered with utter narcissism and oozing hubris.

Read Gambill's post. The Farheen Hakeem he describes is all that and more--opportunistic, dishonest, manipulative, and full of shit.

This after Gambill being, at least on the surface, her supporter.

Ms. Hakeem?

Calling Marcus Bachmann

According the Colorado Springs Gazette by way of Crooks and Liars, Ted Haggard's "spiritual restoration" has ended prematurely.

Opportunity knocks, a good thing since Michele's political career is fixing to be swamped.
